A Modern Home with a Rooftop View
Modern Formation
Crisp two-story stucco volumes with deep black window reveals modern, but warm under foothill light.
Rooftop deck
An elevated outdoor room with a glass-walled stair pavilion. The view stretches from the San Gabriels to the basin.
Detached ADU
A self-contained 1-bd unit at the rear - long-term flex for guests, family, or rental income.
Indoor / outdoor
A wall of black-framed sliders opens the great room to the rear lawn and patio. The yard is part of the house.

"We didn't want a house that looked like every other rebuild. We wanted to take this opportunity to build something bold and to use the roof. Alexander understood the vision and delivered a proposal that made it manageable."
